In court, we had a case involving the collection of a large debt and forfeit under a contract for R&D, despite the customer's attempt to initiate a counter-dispute about the quality of the accepted work.

Acquired non-residential real estate, which was pledged by the bank, was saved from being sold as part of a bankruptcy estate.

In court, we achieved the recognition of a citizen's ownership right to an acquired non-residential premises mortgage in the bank. Additionally, during the seller’s bankruptcy procedure, we were able to register the properties by court decision as well as nullify the mortgage.
